Be Perfect![]() Mission Statement "To restore hope, expand knowledge, and advance personal independence through a holistic, exercised-based approach to spinal cord injury recovery." The "Be Perfect" Foundation is an idea Hal Hargrave had during his stay at a local rehab facility after his recent, life-changing spinal cord injuries. During his recovery now at Project Walk and The Claremont Club/Casa Colina Club, the Hargrave's have been exposed to many SCI victims that do not have the financial means to cover all costs Recovery. Lifetime costs for spinal cord injuries can total over $2.5 million per victim. In most cases, insurance only covers 50-65% of these costs over a lifetime. 13 Thousand SCI victims are added each year. There remains much to battle financially alongside the battle towards recovery, and some more than others need immediate assistance from those that are able! Salvation Army
EnviroGuard is proud to help the Salvation Army LA Red Shield. They operate in the Pico-Union district of Los Angeles. Their purpose is to guide and mentor young people and strengthen families by providing educational, recreational, and spiritual programs in a positive and safe environment. Growing up in Pico Union is tough. Kids here fall prey to gangs and violence every day. They offer the children an alternative so that they can still be kids while building skills for life.
